The Ingredients
2 scoops of your favourite SlimFast or another protein powder
½ teaspoon of baking powder
1 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 teaspoon of syrup or sugar substitute
½ cup of milk or milk substitute
White or brown chocolate chips (if required)
The Method
Grease a microwavable safe bowl or mug with cooking spray and put aside.
Add everything to a mixing bowl (Except the milk) and mix well.
Add the milk gradually until it forms a sort of thick batter. (You may not use all of it).
Spoon it into the greased mug or bowl.
Add chocolate chips loosely on top and microwave for 90 seconds, or until just cooked in the centre. If preferred bake at 180C for 6-7 minutes or use an air fryer.
