The Ingredients

White Bread (4 slices – 2 for the top and 2 for the bottom)
Butter
Dijon Mustard
Sliced Ham
Swiss Cheese (or grated Cheddar)
White Lasagne Sauce
Parmesan cheese (if you have it)

The Method

Butter only one side of each slice of the bread and then toast that side.

Remove from the grill.

Flip 2 of the toasted slices and spread Dijon mustard on to it (these will be your bottom 2)

Then place the ham and the grated cheese on top of the mustard

Now put top slices on (toasted side on top).

Spread white lasagne sauce all over the sandwiches and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Place back under the grill and toast until golden.
